Copyright Sensitivity in Choosing Ways to Acquire Visual Data on the Internet Environment

In this study, the place and importance of the subject of copyright was investigated while obtaining visual data on the internet environment. Artvin Çoruh University was selected as the sample universe and data were obtained from university students by the simple random sampling method. Students were asked questions appropriate to their working title through an online questionnaire using the Google Forms app online. The questions were aimed at measuring the way in which students chose artistic films, series or any animated visual on the internet, what factors are effective in choosing the paths they follow, and their awareness of and sensitivity to the subject of copyright. The results of the survey were analyzed and the report was prepared through the SPSS program.

İnternet Ortamında Görsel Veri Edinim Yolları Seçiminde Telif Hakkı Hassasiyeti

Bu çalışmada, internet ortamından görsel veriler edinilirken telif hakkı konusunun yeri ve önemi araştırılmıştır. Örneklem evreni Artvin Çoruh Üniversitesi olarak belirlenmiş olup; veriler üniversite öğrencilerinden basit tesadüfi örnekleme yöntemi ile temin edilmiştir. Öğrencilere bilgisayar ortamında Google Form uygulaması aracılığıyla çevrimiçi anket ölçeği hazırlanarak çalışma başlığına uygun sorular sorulmuştur. Sorular öğrencilerin, internet ortamında sanatsal film, dizi veya herhangi bir hareketli görsel seçiminde nasıl bir yol izlediklerini, izledikleri yolları seçerken hangi faktörlerin etkili olduğunu ve telif hakkı hassasiyeti konusu üzerine haberdarlığını ve duyarlılığını ölçmeye yönelik olmuştur. Anket sonuçları SPSS programı aracılığıyla analiz edilip rapor hazırlanmıştır.
