The decision regarding the journal's publishing policy, made during the meeting of our Editorial Management Board in April, is as follows. For your information.
• The journal does not accept submissions from authors who are not affiliated with a university and from students who are currently pursuing postgraduate studies.
• If an author has had their article published, they are ineligible to submit another article for publication for two years.
