A Systematic Approach to Some Genera (Scilla, Puschkinia, Chionodoxa, Prospero, Muscari and Bellevalia) in the Asparagaceae

In this study, some new and valid diagnostic characteristics of Puschkinia Adams (karsümbülü), Chionodoxa Boiss. (kar yıldızı), Scilla L. (sümbülcük), Prospero Salisb. (yılansoğanı), Muscari Mill. (müşkürüm) and Bellevalia Lapeyr. (kırsümbülü) from the Asparagaceae family are presented. Chionodoxa flower (flower number of inflorescence; perigon tube / tepal length; tepal colour and size; presence of central zone and its size; filament colour) capsule (shape); seed (size). Scilla bulb (tunic structure and colour; colour of inner fleshy scales); leaves (numbers, canaliculate or flat, midrib is distinct or concolour); flower (flower number of inflorescence; tepal colour and size; the position of the flower relative to the ground plane; whether the perigone forms a false tube; filament colour, length, geniculate at base or not; anther colour; ovary colour; style length, colour); capsule (shape); seed (size, colour; ultrastructure of testa surface; caruncle or strophiole presence, structure, colour, position, adhered to testa or free). Prospero bulb (size; tunic colour and structure); leaves (number, size; histeranthus or synanthus; in which season does it appear; cataphyl present or absent, [if present] number of cataphyls); flower (size, colour, in which season does it appear). Muscari bulb (size, tunic colour and structure); leaves (number, size, canaliculate or flat; midrib is distinct or concolour); pedisel (length); flower (colour, shape [tubular, campanulate, globose]); perigon shouldered or not; perigon tube length, colour; length of lobes, colour, recurved or not; attachment position of filaments; stamens arranged in 2 distinct rows? or not?); capsule (shape, size); seed (size, testa papillate or smooth?, ultrastructure of testa surface). Bellevalia bulb (size; tunic colour and structure); leaves (number, size, canaliculate or flat; indumentum of margin); pedicel (length); flower (colour in bud and mature stages, shape; tube shape, colour; lobes length, colour, ratio to the tube; anther colour; attachment position of filaments; ovary shape); capsule (shape, size); seed (colour, size, ultrastructure of testa surface).

Asparagaceae Familyası Altında Yer Alan Bazı Cinslere (Scila, Puschkinia, Chionodoxa, Prospero, Muscari ve Bellevalia) Yönelik Sistematik Bir Yaklaşım

Bu çalışmada, Asparagaceae familyasından Puschkinia Adams (karsümbülü), Chionodoxa Boiss. (karyıldızı), Scilla L. (sümbülcük), Prospero Salisb. (yılansoğanı), Muscari Mill. (müşkürüm) ve Bellevalia Lapeyr. (kırsümbülü) cinslerinde bazı yeni ve geçerli olan diyagnostik karakterler sunulmuştur: Chionodoxa çiçek (salkımdaki çiçek sayısı; perigon tüpü/tepal boyu oranı; tepal rengi ve boyutları; merkezi zonun varlığı ve büyüklüğü; filament rengi); kapsül (şekli); tohum (boyutları). Scilla soğan (tünik dokusu ve rengi; etli soğan pullarının rengi); yaprak (sayısı, kanallı ya da düz oluşu, orta damarın belirgin olup olmadığı); çiçek (salkımdaki çiçek sayısı; tepal rengi ve boyutları; çiçeğin toprak düzlemine göre duruşu; perigonun yalancı tüp oluşturup oluşturmadığı; filament rengi, boyu, tabanda kıvrık olup olmayışı; anter rengi; ovaryum rengi, sitilus boyu, rengi); kapsül (şekli); tohum (boyutları, rengi; testa yüzeyinin ultrastrüktürel yapısı; dış besi dokunun varlığı, yapısı, rengi, bulunduğu konum, testaya bağlı olup olmadığı). Puschkinia çiçek durumu (şekli); çiçek (perigon rengi; boyutları; korona şekli, dişlerinin varlığı/yokluğu; perigon tüpü boyutları); kapsül (şekli); tohum (rengi). Prospero soğan (boyutu; tünik rengi ve dokusu); yaprak (sayısı, boyutları; çiçeklerin açması ile eş zamanlı mı, öncemi yoksa sonra mı ortaya çıkmakta, hangi mevsimde ortaya çıkmakta; katafil varlığı/yokluğu, mevcutsa sayısı); çiçek (boyutları, rengi; sonbahar mı (bazen yaz sonu) yoksa ilkbahar’da mı çiçekler ortaya çıkar). Muscari soğan (boyutları; tünik rengi ve dokusu); yaprak (sayısı, boyutları, kanallı ya da düz oluşu, orta damarı belirgin veya değil); pedisel (boyu); çiçek (rengi, şekli [tübülat, çansı, globoz]; perigon omuzlu mu, düz mü; tüp uzunluğu, rengi; lop uzunluğu, rengi, geriye kıvrık mı?; filamentlerin bağlandığı yer; stamenler belirgin 2 halkada mı? değil mi?); kapsül (şekli, boyutları); tohum (boyutları; testa yüzeyi papillalımı?, testa yüzeyinin ultrastrüktürel yapısı). Bellevalia soğan (boyutları, tünik rengi ve dokusu); yaprak (sayısı, boyutları, kanallı ya da düz oluşu, kenarlarındaki tüylülük durumu); pedisel (boyu); çiçek (tomurcuk ve olgun iken renkleri, şekli tüpün uzunluğu, rengi; lopların uzunluğu, rengi, tüpe oranı; anter rengi; filamentlerin bağlandığı yer; ovaryum şekli); kapsül (şekli, boyutları); tohum (rengi, boyutları; testa yüzeyinin ultrastrüktürel yapısı).
