Yaşlı Hastalarda Peri̇ton Di̇yali̇zi̇

Saide Elif Güllülü BozMahmut Yavuz

Kronik böbrek hastalığında (KBH) glomerüler filtrasyon hızının (GFH) 15ml/dk’nın altına inmesiyle birlikte renal replasman tedavileri (RRT) devreye sokulmalıdır. RRT; böbrek nakli, periton diyalizi (PD) ve hemodiyalizi (HD) kapsamaktadır. Türk Nefroloji Derneği (TND) 2020 yılı verileri göz önüne alındığında ülkemizde RRT oranları %72,66 HD, %4,06 PD ve %23,28 böbrek nakli şeklindedir.1 Artan yaşam süreleri ile KBH görülme sıklığının artması, yaşlı hastalarda diyaliz gereksiniminin de artmasına neden olmaktadır. Hemodiyaliz hastalarının %49,06’lık kısmı, PD hastalarının %21,76’sı ve böbrek nakilli hastaların %13,96’lık kısmını 65 yaş ve üstü hastalar oluşturmaktadır.
