Possible AI Based on Metaverse Impact in Health Sciences and Knowledge Economy

Şadi Evren Şeker

Although there is nothing new under the sun, some advances do effect paradigm shifts. As a new social platform, Metaverse provides novel ways of communication and data collection. For example, some types of classical consultations and treatments in healthcare require doctors and nurses to have immense communication skills. Keeping track of every detail is nearly impossible while communicating, and similar to other types of communication, doctor/patient communications are also open to misunderstandings and a variety of communication problems. In addition to the possible solutions to communication problems, Metaverse and its new augmented reality and virtual environments provide fascinating platforms where users can benefit from both sides of doctor/patient communications. Metaverse from the start is not just a Facebook technology. Furthermore, Metaverse can be considered a technology platform where all participants such as hospitals, consultation/medical centers, and clinics can provide their knowledge-based services. From this perspective, Metaverse can be considered a new milestone in the digital transformation of the knowledge economy. The knowledge economy is considered to be the fourth economy and comes just after the land, production, and service economies. The knowledge economy is based on the knowledge that is produced, and knowledge workers provide their services through an independent platform. This chapter covers the current studies and achievements on health education, services, and economy within the Metaverse world.

İletişim sorunlarının olası çözümlerinin yanı sıra, metaverse ve yeni artırılmış/sanal ortamlar, hasta/doktor iletişiminin her iki tarafındaki kullanıcıların yararlanabileceği büyüleyici platformlar sağlar.
