Health Tracking Systems
Murat Tekbaş, Nilgün BozbuğaA real time monitoring of medicines and medical devices around the world is essential to prevent fraud on medicines and the illegal use of medical devices. Because of this reason, there is a tendency for these products to be monitored in real time worldwide. A pharmaceutical tracking system was established and put into service by the T.C. Ministry of Health for preventing the illegal sale and counterfeiting in the pharmaceutical sector, unconscious and unnecessary drug inhibition of use, determination of drugs beyond the expiration date, and preventing their sale. It was created to monitor all the movements of medical devices and cosmetic products whether imported or domestic production from the production line until they are delivered to the user. The product tracking system aims to quickly remove unsafe products from use. Users can control if a product is approved with the product tracking system. Thanks to all these systems, accessing a safe product, combating the informal economy, preventing waste of resources, conducting an effective audit based on healthy data with the knowledge of which product was used where, when, for what and for whom can be easily facilitated. It is undoubtedly one of the most important elements to know that the medicines and medical devices, which are important in the diagnosis and treatment processes, are appropriate and reliable to provide accurate and quality health care. It is possible to provide quality health services by recording all the processes until the products coming out of the production line reach the end user.
Sağlıkta Takip Sistemleri
Murat Tekbaş, Nilgün BozbuğaDünya üzerinde ilaçların ve tıbbi cihazların gerçek zamanlı izlenebilmesi, ilaçlar üzerinde yapılan sahteciliğin ve tıbbi cihazların yasal olmayan kullanımlarının önüne geçmek için gereklidir. Bu nedenle dünya çapında bu ürünlerin gerçek zamanlı izlenebilir olması yönünde bir eğilim bulunmaktadır. İlaç sektöründe yasal olmayan satışların ve sahteciliğin önüne geçilmesi ve ayrıca bilinçsiz ve gereksiz ilaç kullanımının engellenmesi, son kullanma tarihi geçen ilaçların belirlenerek satışının engellenmesi amacıyla Türkiye Cumhuriyeti Sağlık Bakanlığı tarafından İTS (İlaç Takip Sistemi) kurulmuş ve hizmete sunulmuştur. Türkiye’de üretilen veya ithal edilen tıbbi cihaz ve kozmetik ürünlerin, üretim bandından kullanıcıya ulaştırılana kadar tüm hareketlerini izleyebilmek için oluşturulmuş ÜTS (Ürün Takip Sistemi) ise güvensiz ürünlerin hızlı bir şekilde kullanımdan kaldırılmasını amaçlamaktadır. ÜTS sistemi ile kullanıcılar bir ürünün onaylı olup olmadığını görebilmektedirler. Tüm bu sistemler sayesinde güvenli ürüne erişim, kayıt dışı ekonomi ile mücadele, kaynak israfının önüne geçilmesi, hangi ürünün nerede, ne zaman, ne için, kim için kullanıldı bilgisi ile sağlıklı veriye dayalı etkin bir denetim yapılması sağlanabilmektedir. Doğru ve kaliteli sağlık hizmeti sunabilmek için teşhis ve tedavi süreçlerinde büyük önem arz eden ilaç ve tıbbi cihazların uygun ve güvenilir olduğunun bilinmesi şüphesiz ki en önemli unsurların başında gelmektedir. Bu takip sistemleri sayesinde üretim bandından çıkan ürünlerin en son kullanıcıya ulaşana kadar tüm süreçlerin kayıt altına alınarak kaliteli sağlık hizmeti verilmesine olanak sağlanmaktadır.
