Retracted Article: The Role of Polycentric Governance, Public- Private-Civil Partnerships, and Citizen Science as Developed by the C2IMPRESS Project in Building Disaster Resilient Societies

The above article has been retracted and removed from publication by agreement between the editor-in-chief of the journal and the authors due to the unauthorised use of project content that has restrictions for publication and is subject to pending trademark process. Taking into account the legal rights of the project partner who has restrictions on the publication of the content, the article is removed from publication. Apologies are offered to readers of the journal that this was not detected during the initial processes.

Yukarıdaki makale baş editör ve yazarlar arasında varılan mutabakatla, yayın kısıtlaması bulunan ve marka süreci devam eden proje içeriğinin izinsiz kullanımı nedeniyle geri çekilmiş ve yayından kaldırılmıştır. İçeriğin yayınlanması konusunda kısıtlamaları bulunan proje ortağının yasal hakları dikkate alınarak makale yayından kaldırılmıştır. Bu durumun ilk süreçlerde tespit edilememiş olmasından dolayı dergi okuyucularından özür dileriz.
