KANADA SİLAHLI KUVVETLERİNDE LİDERLİK, ALGILANAN ÖRGÜTSEL DESTEK VE ÖRGÜTSEL BAĞLILIK: BİREY-ÖRGÜT UYUMUNUN ARACI ROLÜ
Nicholas L. Bremner, Irina GoldenbergYüksek nitelikli yöneticilik ve işyerinden görülen destek, bir kişinin kurumuna olan bağlılığını etkileyen iki temel etkendir. Ancak bu değişkenlerin bağlılığı etkilediği süreçler çok az bilinir. Kurama ve araştırmaya dayalı elinizdeki ampirik çalışma bu ilişkileri açıklamada Birey-Örgüt (B-Ö) uyumunu aracı bir değişken olarak önermektedir. Çalışmanın örneklemini Kanada Silahlı Kuvvetleri mensubu 6,503 personel oluşturmuştur. Araştırmanın bulgularına göre B-Ö uyumu, yönetici memnuniyeti ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında tam, algılanan örgütsel destek ile örgütsel bağlılık arasında kısmen aracılık etmektedir. Araştırmanın sonuçları, bu ilişkileri askerî bağlamda sınayarak ve de liderlik, destek ve örgütsel bağlılığın bir aracısı olarak B-Ö uyumunun önemini göstermek yoluyla mevcut alanyazına ve kurama katkı sunmaktadır. Araştırmanın bulguları ve öneriler, askerî ortama özel bir vurguyla tartışılmıştır.
