Abdominal Pain in Childhood: A Prospective Study

Upper respiratory tract infection is seen frequently in childhood. When the physicians evaluate the children with abdominal pain, they should get a diagnosis via careful history and physical examination and avoid use of unnecessary laboratory tests.

Çocukluk çağı karın ağrılarında üst solunum yolu infeksiyonuna sık rastlanmaktadır. Hekimler, çocuklardaki karın ağrılarını değerlendirirken daha dikkatli öykü ve ayrıntılı fizik muayene ile tanıya gitmeli ve gereksiz tetkiklerden kaçınmalıdır
