In conclusion, we think that Fe +2 should be the first choice in the treatment of IDA rather than Fe+3. If vitamin D is given in the form of multivitamin at the same time with iron treatment, Fe+3 can also be effective.

Demir Eksikliği Anemisi Tedavisinde İki ve Üç Değerlikli Demirin Etkinliği ve Multivitamin Desteğinin Tedaviler Üzerine Etkisi

Sonuç olarak, DEA tedavisinde Fe+2’nin ilk seçenek olarak kullanılmasının daha uygun olacağı kanısına varıldı. DEA olan çocuklarda D vitamini desteği multivitamin olarak yapıldığında ve demir tedavisi ile eşzamanlı verildiğinde Fe+3 tedavisinin de etkin olduğu sonucuna ulaşıldı.
