Konjenital Kistik Adenomatoid Malformasyon: Bir Vaka Sunumu

Konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyon, hamartamatöz veya displastik akciğer dokusunun, immatür bronş ağacından anormal dallanmasıyla oluşan, ender görülen konjenital bir pulmoner anomalidir. Bu lezyonların çoğunun tanısı prenatal ultrasonografi ile konulur. Yenidoğan döneminde en sık akut solunum sıkıntısı semptomları ile ortaya çıkar ve anormal akciğer grafi bulgusu veya bilgisayarlı toraks tomografisi ile doğrulanır. Burada prenatal tanısı olmayan ve yaşamın ilk günlerinde solunum sıkıntısı semptomları ile kliniğimize başvuran bu vaka sunularak, ender görülen konjenital kistik adenomatoid malformasyonun tartışılması amaçlandı

Congenital Cystic Adenomatoid Malformation: A Case Report

Congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation, is a rare congenital pulmonary anomaly, which arises from immature abnormal bronchial tree to form hamartomatous or dysplastic lung tissue. Most of these lesions were diagnosed by prenatal ultrasound. The most common symptoms in the neonatal period is characterized by acute respiratory distress and confirmed by abnormal chest radiograph or computed thorax tomography. Here we aimed to discuss a rare case with congenital cystic adenomatoid malformation, presenting with symptoms of respiratory distress in the first days of life with no prenatal diagnosis.
