Meshk Journal of Religios Music is an open access, peer-reviewed, scientific journal published biannually in April and October. The publication languages of the journal are Turkish, English, Persian and Arabic. The journal targets national and international academic audience. In the context of the relationship between music and religion; the journal aims to cover studies from the perspectives of different disciplines such as literature, philosophy and sociology, along with fields such as musicology, music history and theory, and thus to contribute to the development of theoretical infrastructure of religious music. The scope of the journal is religion and music presented as a human activity. In this way, religion and music is handled from a universal perspective and is not limited to a specific geography and belief.
