Barış Konukman

It is known, that finding a job only within German knowledge is often difficult in Turkey like in many other countries. Gathering knowledge about business administration, economics or any other kind of management sciences is always essential to enter the job market. Despite of that the relationships in import and export between Tukey and Germany shows some great significance, which builds an opportunity for the graduates of German language and literature to find a job in foreign trade enterprises in Turkey, if they expand their knowledge about business german. So, the courses of business german in departments of German language and literature in Turkish universitites are relevant for helping students after graduation to enter into the free market as an employee. The aim of this study is to show the importance of these courses in the curricula of German language and departments in Turkish universities. It is also aimed to present the module business german at the Department of German Language and Literature at Istanbul University.
